1. Hollow structure

2. High rigidity
The rotary table of the hollow rotating platform is supported by a set of precision cross roller bearings, with the rollers arranged in a 90 degree staggered manner, and the diameter of the rollers is slightly larger than the size of the raceway between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, resulting in pre tension between the inner and outer rings of the cross roller bearings and the rollers. Therefore, the servo rotating platform rotary table supported by the bearings can withstand various moments such as radial, axial, and overturning, and its rigidity is more than 5 times that of traditional bearings.
3. High rotation accuracy
After assembly, the SR series servo rotary platform takes the cross roller bearing of the platform as the center of rotation, and grinds the outer diameter and end face of the rotary table again (standard level is precision turning) to ensure the coaxiality, parallelism, and other geometric tolerances of the rotary table.
4. High repetitive positioning accuracy
The hollow rotating platform adopts a single stage spiral gear reduction method to increase the output torque, with gear accuracy level below level 5. In addition, a flexible clearance adjustment mechanism controls the side clearance by changing the center distance between the two gears, making the hollow rotating platform have minimal backlash and a repeated positioning accuracy of less than 5 arc seconds.
