The working principle of flexible vibration discs:
1.Firstly, the material is manually added to the storage bin, which vibrates and replenishes the material to the flexible feeder tray;
2. Then the flexible feeder can move the parts in any direction on the surface of the material tray, quickly dispersing and arranging the parts;
3. Secondly, the FF SIGHT visual system CCD captures the appropriate part shape and position information inside the picking window of the material tray, and sends the coordinate data to the robot; 4. Finally, the robot sends coordinate data based on the visual system and grabs parts from the surface of the feeder tray for array swinging or assembly
